The JIS Stockless Anchor is engineered with a balanced shank and twin-fluke geometry, providing secure holding capacity across various seabed types such as clay, sand, and gravel. 

Its compact profile allows smooth handling through hawse pipes and windlasses, reducing the risk of chain fouling.  

Designed and tested in compliance with JIS F3302 and JIS F2002 standards, featuring fluke-shank load optimization for improved penetration and stability under dynamic loads. Available in weights from 180 kg to 20,000 kg.

Marine-Grade Forged Steel Construction

Constructed from high-tensile forged steel, the JIS Stockless Anchor ensures outstanding durability and resistance against mechanical fatigue during long-term offshore operations.  

Material options include Grade Q235, Q345, or 42CrMo, with optional heat treatment and ultrasonic testing to ensure microstructural integrity. Surface finishing available in hot-dip galvanization or black coating.
